The Brazilian Development, Industry and Foreign Commerce Minister, Luiz Fernando Furlan, will be the key-note speaker for the 4th Plenary of the Mercosur European Union Business Forum (MEBF). The event, to be held in Brasília from October 28 to 30, will focus the discussions between executives, government representatives, entities and NGOs on the business perspectives between the Mercosur and European Union member countries. Among the issues are market access, investments and services. Ingo Plöger (Melhoramentos) coordinates the Mercosur block while Guy Dollé coordinates European Union’s block in the MEBF.
